All software and merhandise purchased at TheSimFactoryShop.com, excluding cockpits, computers, and simulation controls are shipped at a flat fixed rate to our customers. Cockpits, computers and simulation controls are shipped based off total weight of such products. Below is a breif description of software shipping options.
US ORDERS
STANDARD SHIPPING
All STANDARD packages are shipped via USPS FIRST CLASS not regular mail. Please allow up to 7 business days for US orders, not including Alaska and Hawaii. We will do eveything we can to see our packages are delivered on time but sometimes delays do occur.
PRIORITY SHIPPING
All Priority Shipments are sent through a carrier such as UPS, Fed-Ex or DHL. Please allow atleast three days for shipping. As with any shpped item...delays can occur on the carrier side of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders need to allow 48 hours for processing as we must provide more information on international orders. Shipping times can occur delays as the packages are received and processed through customs. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery of International Orders. The Sim Factory LLC is not LIABLE for any foreign deliveries subject to customs charges.
