REFUNDS
We will refund puchases if a refund is requested before the date of shipping or before activation of any/all digital software. Once activated no refunds will be granted.
RETURNS
Excluding software, once an item has been shipped you may still return the item as long as it returned within 60 DAYS of delivery, and the product has NOT BEEN OPENED. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The Sim Factory LLC is not responsible for shipping costs on returned items. When a returned item is received by us, we will then issue the refund to you minus the restocking fee(s).
